Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI, and workflow solutions.
  • Gather requirements and conduct workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Design and build dashboards, reports, scripts, and low-code automation solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Python-based automation and data processing tools.
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data using SQL and other tools.
  • Create dashboards and visual reports to support decision-making.
  • Document requirements, solution designs, user guides, and technical documentation.
  • Drive solution adoption, collect feedback, and continuously improve delivered solutions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in automation, workflow improvement, data analytics, business analytics, or AI-enabled productivity solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
  • Experience building dashboards using Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, or Python visualization libraries.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Agent Builder, Glean, or similar AI and workflow automation platforms.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage initiatives from concept through delivery.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in banking, financial services, technology operations, PMO, or governance environments.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Exposure to Generative AI, agent-based solutions, process improvement, change management, or operational efficiency initiatives.
